We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. CS is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Cecelia Stitch does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Shipping

All items ship USPS or UPS w/ domestic tracking number to the shipping address provided. Please be sure to confirm the address is entered accurately.

International Shipping

Please be aware, additional customs and import taxes or fees may apply to your order & are the responsibility of the buyer upon delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine what fees may be due as any taxes will be assessed by the buyer's customs office.

Per shipping requirements, all items inside an international package will be listed as merchandise with value of contents accurately reflected on customs form. (If your order is a gift, please be aware that the contents & price of your order will be displayed on the shipping label)

Refunds 

Refund/store credit: A refund or credit may be offered in the event of a shop error, however refunds cannot be offered for circumstances out of the shop's control, such as an item shipped to an incorrect address provided or package unretrieved from the post office. 

Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct & up to date at checkout and notify me right away if a change should be made before shipping. Items 'returned to sender' may be arranged to be reshipped, but will incur an additional shipping charge.

Lost, delayed or undelivered mail: Claims will be initiated with USPS after 7 working days. While the shop is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or delays due to customs, we will assist in every situation to the best of our ability.

Because all products are independently handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

If your order is damaged during shipment, please take photos, save all of the packaging until USPS is able to conduct an evaluation, and contact us within 3 days of delivery so we are able to file a claim on your behalf.
